Brief Introduction:
College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of CQU has a long history and a group of experienced teachers. Over 90% of teachers in the college have got the degree of Doctor or Master.  There are totally over 100 staff among whom there exist 12 professors and 20 associate professors. The college also has some modern equipment for teaching and scientific research which is worth about 10 million yuan. The college is composed of applied chemistry faculty, chemical engineering faculty, pharmaceutical faculty, basic chemistry experimental center and specialized chemistry experimental center. And there are majors like applied chemistry, chemical engineering and technology and materials chemistry. At present, there exist over 1000 students in the college with 800 undergraduates and 200 postgraduates. The college is authorized to offer Master's degree to physical chemistry, applied chemistry, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, high-polymer chemistry and physics, materials physics and chemistry, chemical engineering, biochemistry, environmental science, food science and pharmaceutical chemistry. Some disciplines of the college have achieved their own advantages and features at home and abroad.
